Making hip hop beats is not hard. It is probably one of the easiest things to do. Why? Because its all about you. Here are some tips to get you started.

Every hip hop beat starts off with samples, short 30 second interval recordings. To create your samples get your hands on an instrument. It doesn’t have to be your favorite instrument. You don’t even have to know how to play it. Experiment. Try different combination of notes. Use your ear, you inner musician to create 30 second samples of you playing that instrument.

If you need help look to music, listen to a wide genre. This will give you ideas, ideas you can use to create your samples. Don’t just listen to your favorite style of music. Listen to country, listen to rock, listen to classical, rap, and hip hop. The point is to expand your horizon. Feed off the different combination, the different beats. It will inspire new ideas, new directions, and ultimately give you the tools you need to create your sample beats.

Once your samples are created it is time to put them together. Don’t just paste them together. Your samples are guides, not your hip hop beat. Use pieces of them. Combine them. Rearrange them. Mix them. You are not in a race. You will notice that the puzzle will start to come together. Use your knowledge of listening to music to help you put that puzzle together. To keep things on tempo, use a simple drum beat track.

Now for the grand finale. Put yourself into your hip hop beat. Add your emotion. Remember a sad time. Put that into it. Remember a happy time. Put that into it. By putting your emotions into it you will create some amazing beats. In fact, the best time to create hip hop beats is when your emotional. Most important of all, have fun with it.

The Ins and Outs Of The Karaoke Music World

Written on April 12th, 2010 by Aaron McLainno shouts

Karaoke’s direct translation is “empty orchestra”. It is a word defined as a portmanteau. Which basically means two words blended together to get one meaning. It is a Japanese word which is used to describe entertainment given by amateur singers.

Karaoke is a way to pretend your something that your not. It is a way to sing along to recorded music, sing your heart out, and pretend that you are a rock star. The basic setup is to sing along to recorded music, but an advance setup comes with music video, microphone, and a stage setup like a concert.

There are many different Karaoke songs. Basically Karaoke is a piece of music that is stripped of its lyrics. The lyrics are placed on a screen for a singer to sing. To keep the singer on track, there is usually a bouncing ball or symbol that goes along with the music. It let’s them know when to start and stop each verse of the song.

Amateurs are not the only ones that sing Karaoke. Professionals use it all the time. When it doesn’t make sense for a big band or orchestra due to reasons like money or space, professional singers will use a Karaoke version of their song. Don’t mistake this for lip singing where the lead vocals are recorded. The artist actually sings their song live.

Who first created karaoke? Well, their have been some disputes as to who created this form of singing. One story goes that Daisuke Inoue created the first ever karaoke machine in Japan in 1971. Then it spread to other parts of Asia in the 1980s as it rose in popularity.

Karaoke is used to entertain all around the world. In Japan it is not uncommon to see a karaoke setup to entertain a dinner party. In other parts of the world you can find Karaoke in buildings completely dedicated to this type of entertainment. A person can rent out a room completely accessorized with the latest karaoke equipment and have a karaoke party.

Karaoke technology consists of a few basic components. You have the music player, the microphone input, a way to alter the pitch of the music, and an audio output. The most common machines are the CD+G, DVD player with microphone input jack, VCD, and Laser Disc.

What Blues Instrumentals Will Always Set The Perfect Tone?

Written on April 12th, 2010 by Aaron McLainno shouts

Imagine a world without the blues. An imperfect world made worse. The blues are a way of life, a way to escape, a way to cope. I dare not imagine a world without the blues. Blues instrumental music can set the tone in your home, office or classroom when you need to unwind and get a little mellow. From the deep and moving bass lines to the hypnotic and innovative piano melodies, blues music has mastered the beauty of melancholy. The signature blues sound is recognized all around the world, with or without the accompanying lyrics.

Blues instrumental music has its roots in the Deep South, when African Americans began to create a style of music centered on the songs they sang in their work fields and churches during the end of the 19th century. Throughout the years, the original blues sounds have evolved to include other popular sounds, such as rock and roll.

Blues music has a brother, instrumental blues. Instrumental blues is strip of lyrics, the artists woe and depressed view. It is a great way to get the rhythm, to get the canvas, to paint your own woes, your own chaos, into the beat of the music. Instrumental blues music is for people who do not care for the artists problems. They do not care their baby left them, took the car, the dog, the house. They have real problems that need nurturing. Instrumental blues can do this for them.

Blues instrumental music is great for a bunch of different things. In the office, in the classroom, and public places it is great background choice. In the office it keeps workers motivated. Its a way to help pass time and stay focused. At school it helps stir creativity, inspire thought, and keep students moving forward towards their goals. In public places, it calms nerves, keeps customers cool, and gives folks a place to relax.

Yes, It Really Is Possible To Learn Telepathy!

Written on April 5th, 2010 by Richard P Minksno shouts

Telepathy is the ability to send or receive thoughts and feelings over a distance. This is a form of communication which happens directly between two minds without the use of any of the five standards senses. It’s also an ability which every person has the capacity for.

You’ve more than likely already used your natural telepathic abilities before even if you were unaware of it. All of us have had the experience of thinking of someone only to find them getting in touch with you shortly after.

You may be tempted to chalk these occurrences up to coincidence. However, that’s not what it was: these are instances where you have received a telepathic signal from someone else.

This person was already meaning to get in touch and the telepathic link gave you a notice that they were thinking of you and that they were going to contact you. Of course, this can also work the other way around; which is why you may call someone you haven’t spoken with in a while and have them tell you that they had just been thinking about you.

A lot of people think that telepathy is entirely mythical and even if not, they think that they couldn’t learn how to use this ability themselves. In most cases, they have some sort of mental block whether this is a religious belief that telepathy belongs to the realm of black magic or the thinking that since there is no definitive proof of the phenomenon that it therefore could not possibly be real.

There are also those who while not skeptical about the idea of telepathy are unconvinced of the value of telepathic communication. We have the power of speech; the reasoning goes, so why would we need this ability? Since it is not something which is generally considered important enough to encourage its development in children, why should one learn to use this natural human ability? The fact is that telepathy is just as useful of a means of communication as are written and spoken language, but it has simply not been made a part of our culture in the way that language has; which does not mean that it is not worth learning.

Telepathy and speech complement each other and when used together, allow you to communicate exactly what you mean. Telepathy can’t always convey everything you want to say, but words can also prove inadequate. Using both of these natural communication abilities lets you be a more complete person and relate better with others.

There are a lot of pluses to learning telepathy. This is quite literally a sixth sense which allows you to more fully experience the world and enjoy richer interpersonal relationships. It takes practice, but so does picking up any new skill.

Partnering up with a close friend who is also interested in learning telepathy is the best way to practice this natural ability. It makes learning easier, quicker and more fun too!

Your practice sessions should be done with you at your home and your partner at theirs. This keeps you from picking up on facial expressions and other cues. Make sure that you’re both relaxed and free of stress before you begin; this will facilitate your communications.

You’ll take turns with your partner; one will go first and try to establish a telepathic communications channel. Visualize your partner as clearly as you can and then imagine something connection you and your partner. Most people choose to visualize a ray of light, but anything which works for you will do fine.

The next step is to use this visualized link to send your telepathic communications. Imagine your thoughts traveling over this link and your partner receiving them. Keep your thoughts simple enough to understand, but pick something to send which won’t be easy to guess.

Once you have made your telepathic transmission, call your partner to ask what if anything they have received, then switch places and try to receive a transmission from your partner.

Learning telepathy does take some practice, so be patient with yourself and your partner. Keep your transmission short; 15 minutes at the most when you’re beginning. If you don’t feel that youre able to send your transmission in this time, take a break and rest. Telepathy uses parts of your mind which are usually undeveloped, so overdoing it can tire you out.

Keep a positive outlook towards learning telepathy and practice regularly. You need to train your mind to use this skill, so be patient and before you know it, you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of learning to use your natural telepathic abilities.

Your Amazing Mindpower

Written on April 3rd, 2010 by Brian Parryno shouts

Did you know that we only use 10% of our mindpower? It’s pretty amazing to think about what we could accomplish if we could somehow tap into the 90% of our minds which usually go unused. Certainly, there is a lot of unexplored potential right there in our own minds.

Scientists agree that people who exhibit psychic and extra sensory abilities must be able to use these abilities due to somehow using that 90% of the human mind which usually lies idle. Some people appear to have these abilities from birth but others develop their mind power and start using these latent talents later on in life.

We’re not sure yet how it works, but there is ongoing research into how our own mindpower can influence the world we live in.

Some studies even point towards the ability of our own minds to change reality. Our minds may be molded by the world less that they mold it, it seems.

And with films such as ‘The Secret’ which explains the theory of the law of attraction, people are realizing that by changing the way they see things and by using their mindpower, they can attract abundance and anything they want into their life.

In case you have not come across it before, the law of attraction concerns the whole universe and states that there is a cause and effect for everything we do. So whatever you think about you will get! You must however communicate with your subconscious mind to tell it what you want; otherwise it presumes you want everything to stay as it is. Scientifically this is known as a state of homeostasis.

It seems that not only is the subconscious the prime mover behind psychic powers like remote viewing and telepathy, but is also our conduit to the energy of the universe around us.

Since the way to develop your mind power is to connect your conscious and subconscious minds, you’re probably wondering how you can achieve this link. There are several different ways to do this.

Affirmations:- Most people know about the simple process of affirmations. By repeating a positive phrase, to yourself several times a day your subconscious mind eventually gets the message!

So if someone needed more self esteem for example, they would keep repeating to themselves at various times throughout the day something like: ‘I am a confident person’ ‘I deserve to be happy’ etc. Or they may wish to change a bad habit which would involve them repeating to themselves: ‘I always eat sensibly’ or ‘I no longer feel the need for a cigarette’.

Affirmations produce results with repetition. You need to repeat the message until it reaches your subconscious and begins to make you change your behavior to get the results you’ve wanted.

If you follow this logic, its possible to change more than your behavior; you can change the world itself by using affirmations to tap into your mindpower.

Visualization:- Using visualization to develop mindpower involves closing your eyes and imagining what you want to happen. Your subconscious mind reacts strongly to pictures. Visualize yourself being successful. Imagine yourself will everything you have ever dreamed of! Visualize that new house, that new car. You can even make a scrapbook beforehand containing pictures of everything you want to manifest to help you focus. Visualize consistently and it really will appear in your life.

You can even visualize yourself using some of your other latent mental abilities. For example, visualize yourself communication with someone else telepathically or being able to use remote viewing. Using your mindpower in this way will help these natural psychic abilities to develop.

Hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another well known way of communicating with your subconscious mind and helping to develop mindpower. If you visit a professional hypnotist or hypnotherapist they will start by making sure you are totally relaxed and then offer suggestions to your subconscious mind which it will remember when you wake up.

You don’t necessarily have to go to a professional hypnotist either. You can use the technique of self hypnosis, listening to a hypnotherapy session which has been recorded. This is far cheaper than going to a hypnotist yourself and of course, you can use this recording anytime you like.

Brainwave entrainment:- Brainwave entrainment uses new breakthroughs in audio technology. Certain frequencies attune your brainwaves resulting in many different benefits such as pain relief and improved memory.

Other frequencies can assist you to get into a state of meditation very quickly to allow communication with your subconscious mind and therefore the development of your mindpower to take place.

Other frequencies can stimulate the parts of your body known as the chakra energy centers. There is a chakra in the center of your forehead called the third eye chakra which is responsible for psychic powers.

All of us already have these psychic powers; but they must be developed by enhancing your mindpower. Unless you make the effort to develop these abilities, they remain locked in your subconscious mind and are never used.

In fact, when we speak of developing mindpower, it might be more accurate to talk about unleashing these powers which lie inside all of us and allowing us to use our full mental potential.

Shopping For A Meditation CD

Written on March 30th, 2010 by Mateo Sisonno shouts

If you are starting a meditation program, then you may want to consider a meditation CD. Depending on how you are approaching your meditation, there are some considerations. Are you in a group or alone? Will music, chants, or nature sounds be used? You have many choices between each of these and more types of sounds.

If you are part of a meditation group or participate in classes for yoga or other mind-relaxing exercises, you may have a suggested list of CDs in your group. Make a list of the choices that you would like to own, and start looking. Your group may have a catalog or website and offer ordering, so in that case use that option for the most convenient choice.

Music can be a great source of relaxation. There are many styles and genres of music, from classical to trance. Each has its own benefit, and if you are interested in music you can find many titles written to help meditation. Explore some of these areas to find out about music you may not have heard about before.

Recorded chants are actual meditations, preserved for others to hear. From the mountains of Tibet, to some Arab countries, and around the world, there are chants and meditations available. Look for CDs that have these recordings in collections.

The sounds of nature are a natural meditation aid. Ocean waves can help with relaxation, as can birds and wind through trees. Nature sounds can cause our bodies to become more quiet, and this helps meditation and quieting the mind. Try some of these sounds and see the effect they have on your meditation.

With all the popularity of online music, CDs still are convenient and reasonably priced. When looking for your meditation CD, check for availability online or through your local dealer. Used CD stores are also a good source, so consider them if you have a store nearby.

Do You Deserve Abundance?

Written on March 24th, 2010 by Geoffrey Raysno shouts

Humans can’t help but complain, sometimes. And even though this is an innate character to every one of us, this can sometimes lead to great problems. Rather than looking at the negative thing, let us take the time to see that there is an abundance of resources given to us. We should learn to be grateful of what we have because there are individuals who don’t even have the cash to buy the things that we are currently enjoying.

People failed to realize that each one of them is already experiencing abundance. Sometimes the feeling of not having enough is just in the mind therefore the thoughts as if we have everything may be inside our mind as well. So what you should do? Think as if you are rich.

In order to know whether you are falling into the rut of thinking that you don’t have “enough”, learn the warning signs below:

1. Constant Money Craving- What comes in mind once you think about money? Are you more concern on how much money you lack or how much you can actually manifest? Do you ever make it clear why you have to acquire money in the first place?

There are people who would always spend their time thinking about money. Even though you may say that there is nothing wrong with this attitude, you should realize that instead of thinking about the abundance you are experiencing, the constant craving can lead you to think how much you actually lack.

What you can do is to just divert your thoughts into non-financial terms.

2. Hating the Rich- Just because you are not “rich” then this means that you are free to hate those that are wealthy. Being jealous will never help elevate your situation because this feeling will then turn into hate which can eat you up alive.

You will realize that no matter how you can move forward to success, the chance of sabotaging yourself is high once you get to someone who is “rich”. What you should rather do is to be thankful that they are present in your life so you can emulate their attitude which leads to great success.

Most rich people were able to reach the pinnacle of success because of two things: 1) they work hard and 2) they are always grateful for the things they have.

In a nutshell, abundance is all in the mind. If you continue to look at yourself as if you are still in need of great cash, the tendency is that no matter how rich you are, people will still find you as if you don’t have any. The best that you can do is to be grateful about the things that you have, regardless of how small they are. You should now understand the value of not basing your life on the amount of cash that you have in your bank account. Remember that you can be rich no matter if you don’t share a big savings!

Remember that you can be rich even without money! Always be thankful about those people in your life who never judge you depending on the things that you have. Reflect on those times that your kids or anyone willingly shared a pizza with you simply because you don’t have the money to buy a decent meal-this kind of things is very precious, more precious than money!

What Are the Three Ways to Learn Clairvoyance?

Written on March 24th, 2010 by Luke Hounsomeno shouts

Can anyone learn clairvoyance? The truth is that to a certain extent, yes! What exactly is clairvoyance, and what does it mean to try to learn it? This is something that you might want to think about!

First, let’s define the term clairvoyance. There are many different definitions for this term, and it really depends on who you ask. One of the most common definitions is that you need to learn about remove viewing, that is, being able to see things as they happen from a distance without the use of tools or your five senses. It might also be described as the ability to see in the the future, which is referred to as precognition. Essentially, it means being able to know information that is gathered in a method beyond that of your five senses. This makes clairvoyance the elusive sixth sense.

Some people really are able to see, hear, smell, feel and even taste things about the past or future that they could not possibly know. No one knows how this might work and science is often at a loss when it comes to figuring out how much this might mean. Remember that though there are many metaphysical theories for why this happens, there is seldom any sort of agreement that might happen along the way. One thing that most of the theories agree on is that the people who can sense the future or the past this way are simply born this way. They have talents that might evidence themselves from a very young age or they might have come across them later.

Is it possible to learn to see things that are happening elsewhere or to see the future? Probably not. Can you develop and train your sixth sense? Most definitely yes.

All people have a certain degree of clairvoyant sixth sense. This often manifests as an indescribable ‘hunch’ or ‘feeling’ that people can’t logically explain. You may hear people say, for example, ‘I’ve got a bad feeling about this,’ or ‘I don’t know why, but I’ve got a feeling we can trust him.’ Unfortunately, many people ignore their sixth sense, deferring to logic or emotion rather than their gut instinct.

One thing that science has done is acknowledged the existence and the power of hunches and instincts. Scientists tend to be believe that there is not mysterious or paranormal about the existence of these feelings. One prevailing theory about them is that the feeling of getting hunches is that you are subconsciously picking up cues from the world around you, though your conscious brain isn’t aware of it. Your subconscious brain creates a feeling where your conscious brain has difficult ignore it, because it can’t communicate with words. You need to learn to trust your subconscious brain.

Whether you believe that clairvoyance is based on brain neurochemistry or innate psychci ability is not something that matters all that much. All you need to accept is that it exists and that everyone has at least a little bit of it. Now all you need to do is to worry about training it up.

Step 1: Look Around

The problem that many people run into is that they go through their day so very focused on their tasks that they never see anything else. There are so many small details that can tell us so much, but if you refuse to take the time to look, you’ll find that you are letting your sixth sense wither. When you go to improve your perception, you will be able to take in more of the world around you. There are definitely advantages to being aware, so take a moment to really look around yourself.

Don’t expect this to happen overnight though; you might be breaking the habit of a lifetime. Remember that you should start by slowing down a little bit and moving through your day in a more leisurely fashion. Second consider what distractions are a part of your day and remove them. This means that you should do things like turn off the radio when you are driving. When you don’t have anything distracting you, you’ll find that you are going to be more on target when it comes to looking at the things that are happening around you. This can be essential.

Finally, occasionally do a ‘mini-meditation’. This consists of closing your eyes, taking a deep breath, and forcing yourself to relax. When you open your eyes again, you’ll be more aware of your surroundings. This only takes a few seconds, but you’ll be surprised by the difference it makes.

Step 2: Meditation

Try to meditate at least 30 minutes a day. The idea behind meditation is to occupy and clear your conscious mind, and let your subconscious mind rise to the surface to do its work and communicate with your conscious mind People who meditate report feeling relaxed and refreshed when they are done.

When you are thinking about meditation, though, you’ll discover that it is a lot easier said than done. You might find that you sit down and suddenly there are a number of things that are all calling for our attention. You might feel as though you are being silly or that you are doing it wrong. Remember that there are tools that can guide you, so take some time and focus and find a mantra.

First, when you try to meditate, your senses distract you. Even sound you hear or thing you feel distracts you. Therefore, instead of trying to shut your senses down, give them something to keep them busy by staring at a focus. A candle flames makes a good focus. There’s not really a lot to see to distract you, yet the flame flickers and shifts just enough to keep you watching and your mind occupied.

Remember that your conscious mind never shuts down. There is always something that you are thinking about. Focus your thoughts with the use of a mantra, which is a phrase, a poem or even a prayer that you will repeat over and over again in you head. It can help you focus and it can clear your mind very well. It doesn’t matter what it is, as long as you can recite it without conscious thought. Some people will perform Hail Marys while other people prefer to use song lyrics that are inspirational to them. Take some time and really consider what might work for you.

Step 3: Trust Yourself

Finally, remember that you need to believe in yourself and trust yourself. Don’t doubt and don’t second guess yourself. Don’t say that your gut instincts must be wrong or that they are not important. Remember that the things that you feel, you feel them for a reason. What is your subconscious mind trying to tell you? Don’t let this message get left in the dark as you try to move forward.

Appreciate the fact that it is not going to be easy. Remember that the more listen to your instincts and the more you trust them, the happier you are going to be in general.

3 Important Points in Choosing the Best Meditation Music Downloads

Written on March 23rd, 2010 by Clayton Twissno shouts

Meditation music downloads have made a big impact on the self-improvement industry for a while now. They have changed countless of lives in the process. However, not everyone has utilized or even heard of the many perks these meditation audio tracks have to offer – accessibility, portability, and extreme convenience to name three.

Gone are the days when we all completely relied on personally traveling by land, water, and air just to buy something we wanted or needed. You’re probably having a difficult time remembering how you managed to survive back then.

Thanks to technology and scientific improvements, life just got a little easier. Meditation music downloads are good evidence of that. Standard meditation has improved and saved lives, that’s for sure. But think about all the time, money, energy, and effort you’re going to save by using downloadable tracks.

It’s important to remember 3 key points when you’re looking to purchase meditation music downloads:

1. The kind of music that calms you. You can go with anything from instrumental classics to plain narrations. You just need to set aside some time to review samples and determine which is more appealing to you. After doing a little research, you’ll end up with some seriously good ones, I bet.

2. Length of the meditation music. Meditation tracks are available in various lengths, but 20 to 30 minutes seem to be acceptable. Since you’re just starting out, I suggest you go with something longer than 30 minutes. Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, you can always get much shorter versions to save on time.

3. Determine your budget. Meditation music downloads don’t have to break the bank, but some are more costly than others. Keep a budget in mind so you don’t go overboard.

Check out free samples online before paying full price for anything. That way, you get an idea of what to expect from the program, and you can take it on a test-run to ensure maximum effectiveness. After going through these free tracks and samples, you’ll have a clearer picture of what you truly look for in meditation music.

Bear in mind that meditation music downloads have normally the same objective, but could have varied effects on individuals. The effects of certain products could be more extreme for you than some of your peers. Take the time to listen to sample downloads. At the end of your search, you’ll surely find something that can only bring out the best in you.

For you to find a seriously effectual meditative audio series, you need to start off your search with a well-respected binaural beats provider as described in this Holo-sync review. You can easily learn valuable meditation information from this review of Sleep Programming.

If you are in search of a exercise program ha is unique and also give desired results than yoga or pilates exercise would be the right choice for you. Though these two are quite different from one another but have some similarities that can make them ideal partners in an exercise program that could benefit many.

Neither of these programs are designed to bulk up muscles, rather they are created to give a person a longer, leaner appearance as well as a way to keep the body and the mind connected to help a person deal with stress on a daily basis. Pilates yoga exercise may be the perfect program that you haven’t tried yet.

How does a Yoga and Pilate’s workout regime look like?

Yoga and Pilates are two different forms; some people prefer doing Pilates on a day and yoga on the other. Others prefer to combine some forms of these exercises to create work out of their own. This program can slot in some positions from yoga to incorporate it with the exercise of Pilates, and hence such combinations work on the desired area and give strength to the key muscles.

A couple of pilates yoga exercise routines that can be used to help flatten that tummy include the Warrior position from yoga and the 100’s from pilates. Both of these movements use very controlled and precise movements to fully engage the abdomen muscles. With the Warrior position a person needs to stand and then move one leg about 4 feet forward, extend the arms so that they are parallel to the ground. Turn the right foot out slightly and the left foot needs to be turned to a 90-degree angle. Exhale and bend the right knee, make sure to keep the right knee over the ankle and press the left leg straight, hold the position for 30 seconds.

The 100’s involve lying down on your back and pulling your legs straight off the floor slowly. Lift the head and the shoulders off of the floor and press your abdomen down. Put your hands flat by you hips and thighs and slowly lower you legs but don’t touch the ground. Press hands up and down and count to five and inhale and then count to five and exhale do this until you reach 100.

This type of pilates yoga exercise allows for a person to work with both disciplines of exercise and creates a balance of yoga and pilates that is unique and specialized for an individual.
